Landings: Beef and Birds

Greg Hoch grew up in Indiana and spent eight years in Kansas for graduate school and teaching. For the last 22 years, he has lived near Cambridge, Minnesota, where he regularly sees pheasants, ruffed grouse and woodcock on his property. He has published four books on Midwestern wildlife.
